The Wedding Reception, on Friday 2nd July 2021

Dress code: Wedding outfits.

Guests are invited to join elderly, upper class Bertrum Wallace-Smythe and his young, unsophisticated bride, Zoë Matthews, at the evening reception to celebrate their marriage. Not everyone feels like celebrating however. Will these two very mismatched families get on – or will their dirty laundry be aired in public?

The Toy Boy, on Friday 13th August 2021

Dress code: Wedding outfits.

Mary Langford has been widowed twice, but they were both long and very happy marriages. So you’d think she’d be content with her memories. Sir Robert Langford OBE, her second husband, was CEO of the British and Commonwealth Petroleum company and left Mary a huge fortune. So why is she getting married a third time? And to a man young enough to be her son! At least it has the blessing of her daughter, Jemimah.  Or does it?

Sing When Your Sinning, on Friday 13th August 2021

Dress code: 1920’s style outfits.

It is 1926. Mable Cartwright is a spinster living in the small village of Killinton, and she often encounters and investigates unusual crimes, much to the annoyance of the local constabulary. She is here for tonight’s church fundraising party and has really been looking forward to it. However, the event turns out not be the success that she prays for as disturbing news of a death is received from the St. Cuthbert’s. Can she, with the help of the guests and the police, solve this most unholy of murders?
